World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) is observed every year in the 3rd month on the 21st day. March 21 is a global awareness day of Down Syndrome or Trisomy 21. It has been observed by the United Nations since 2012.
On this day people worldwide show their support for Down Syndrome by wearing colorful mis-matched socks and encourage others to show their support with the phrase “Rock Your Socks”.
